PEERvention // Mission
Our mission is to make university life less overwhelming by building a supportive student community that helps each other through stress and prevents burnout. PEERvention offers practical tools, open conversations, and meaningful peer connections that empower students to take care of their mental well-being. We aim to create safe, non-judgmental spaces where students can talk honestly, feel understood, and realize they’re not alone. At the same time, we provide psychology students with valuable hands-on experience, helping them grow into compassionate future professionals while supporting their peers today.
Activities

Peer Connection
We create safe spaces for students to connect, share, and support one another. Whether it’s through peer groups, our WhatsApp community, or in-person events, PEERvention fosters meaningful relationships that reduce isolation and promote well-being.

Learning and Growth
Through workshops, events, and hands-on peer support opportunities, students can develop practical skills to manage stress and prevent burnout. PEERvention also gives psychology students a chance to explore counseling dynamics and gain real-world experience.

Online Resources
Our website and Instagram offer easy access to practical tools, burnout prevention tips, event recordings, and shared student experiences. These resources are here to support you anytime you need a boost, a reminder, or inspiration.

Burnout doesn’t mean you’re weak—it means you’ve been strong for too long, without enough support.
It’s not about failing. It’s about your brain and body finally sounding the alarm that something needs to change.
